so I came up with this, she choose the fabrics from my stash and for the lining I used the fabric you usually use for behind the curtains to made them insulated.
Sorry for not showing up the last two weeks, I have been working on Christmas presents and sewing like crazy.
I want to show you two things, the first is a make believe idea of a doll ho use for 18" dolls. Basicly we stack together 3 tables and secured it by the legs, then I just paint all the same color.
The second thing is this tent I made with a 9832 Vogue Craft pattern that by now is out of print.
I made the camp site using cardboard from a box, sticks, rocks and an electric tea light.
Hope you like it.
Many years ago I had a dream, to be an Artist and paint flowers and all wonderful things my eyes and imagination could possibly see. It has been several decades since that.
On the walls I showed the original pieces and on the table I had copies in different sizes, framed ones, and some high quality prints in watercolor paper.
On this table I had my Easter Lilies.
And in the other side of it i had copies and sets of prints of my Yellowstone paintings.
In this corner I had rolls of wrapping paper I hand stamped with the stamps I hand carved. The papers are 4' x 5' so 20 sq f.
On the left side of the buffet I had some card sets and prints of my Forget Me Not bird.
On the other side I have the rest of the card sets witch, by the way, were the most popular of all the cards. Also, I had some individual cards on the basket.
Finally I will show you a sneak peak of my latest watercolor, is a scene of a town in Mexico. This one was very well received by my visitors.
One more time, thanks to all that came last night, it really was a dream come true.
Have a nice weekend.
P.S. If you are interested in any of my prints please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I'm working on my online store but it will take some time.
I was in a real need to change my wallet because it was coming apart. So talking with my friend Lindsey she show me her wallet she got in Germany last summer and I just love it. I took a look at it and made some notes and I came up with this.
I used an embroidery design from UT
In the middle it has a zippered part that goes as long as the wallet in the two directions. I used a zipper recycled from my children old pants.
It has a place for coins.
And cards, etc. They all are secure with a snap.
I used clear vinyl for the front to show my ID.
The bills have a double pocket so I can separate big and small bills or bills, store receipts and tickets.
Even do it was an experiment I'm so happy who it turn out.
Have a nice day.
I had a special request by my husband to make a case for his new mac book.
He loves the fabric I used for the chairs so, that is the fabric I used, and some linen for the lining.
The outside fabric, I used some fusible felt in the back.
The lining with some fusible peltex and the outside fabric showing the back pocket in the left side of the pic.
My husband loves the fabric and his new sturdy case for his Mac Book.
Have a nice weekend,
